Just like eating has a close relationship with physical activity, activity for your spirit links with what you feed your spirit. What inspirational material have you been reading or listening to? How does the story or inspirational statement relate to your life? Determine one practical thing you can do today to emulate or apply that inspiration in your own life. Here are some ideas: Analyse your thoughts – replace negative thoughts with true perspectives. Be generous – what do you have that you could share with someone today? Plan a kindness surprise – how can you show kindness to someone today when they least expect it? Be complimentary – find something positive that you appreciate about someone, then offer them a compliment. Watch them smile! Serve others – cultivate altruism by engaging regularly with something that serves others without directly benefiting yourself.
